Ms. Toy is a co-owner of Knowledge Management
Seminars and is also associated with Journeys in Learning, a Canadian-based management
Her Internet background includes
Internet training for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the National Business
Institute and private law firms. She is the author of Attorneys Online:
Legal Ethics and the Internet, St. Louis Bar Association Journal, Spring, 1997.
In addition, Ms. Toy designs and manages commercial and educational Websites.
Ms. Toy has also taught real estate
transactions for St. Louis University Law School and real estate related courses for CLE
International and the Missouri Bar Association.
From 1990 through 1998, Ms. Toy
practiced transactional real estate and technology law as an associate with Husch &
Eppenberger in St. Louis, Missouri. From 1976 - 1986 she was a political consultant
with clients including the Missouri Division of Manpower Planning, Congressman Jerry L.
Litton, Governor Joseph P. Teasdale, the St. Louis Junior College District, the St. Louis
Metropolitan Sewer District, Matt Reese & Associates and Public Response, Inc.
Ms. Toy graduated cum laude from
St. Louis University Law School in 1990 and is a member of the Order of the Woolsack,
Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society, and the American, Missouri, Illinois and St. Louis Bar
Associations. She received her B.S. Degree in Political Science from Washington
University in 1979.
In addition to her training
activities, Ms. Toy is the co-owner and business manager of Kevin Modera Guide Services.
